Legacy of the Ancestors (Expansion)
Legacy of the Ancestors is a campaign for Earthborne Rangers. When you start a Legacy of the Ancestors campaign, you will begin using a new campaign tracker and a new map with new locations for you to explore. Additionally, cards found in this expansion may feature some new terms and keywords that you will not find in the base game.
Campaign Tracker
The Legacy of the Ancestors campaign uses a new campaign tracker. When you begin this campaign, you will start using the campaign tracker from day 1, using the same rules for the Lure of the Valley campaign tracker.
In addition to this new campaign tracker, keep your old Lure of the Valley tracker handy. You still have access to all rewards unlocked on that tracker. When effects in Legacy of the Ancestors check to see if you have certain notable events or missions, refer to both campaign trackers.
There are two recommended weather cards listed for each day. When you are at locations on the Valley map, use the weather listed on the top in orange. When you are at locations on of the Arcology maps, instead use the weather listed on the bottom in blue. When traveling between the two maps, return the old weather to the collection and put the new one into play.
The Campaign Map
The Legacy of the Ancestors expansion uses a different map than the Valley map found in the core game. While playing this expansion, use this map instead of the Valley map.
