262. Undulating Walls

The walls of this fleshy corridor expand and contract in rolling waves. Though the motion is slow, it's clear that the force of the muscled walls is crushing when they constrict, making them hazardous to traverse.

Strangely, the walls seem to relax at your touch. It's as though an ancient safeguard was instilled into the terravore's being by its creators—the touch of a human hand enough to forestall but for a moment the autonomic process of consumption and digestion that seemingly defines the great biomeld's immortal existence.
