You slip into the alley, leaving the sounds of the bustling thoroughfare behind.

You may immediately proceed to the travel phase of the round (even if there are ready cards with the Obstacle keyword in play) and either:

• Travel via Thoroughfare, regardless of the location's  threshold.
• If the location's  threshold is met, travel as if you were at any of the following locations: Spire, Spire Crossing, Brookside, or Silverfin Docks. If you choose to travel in this way, discard the current challenge card, and do not resolve the remainder of this test.

If you choose not to travel, discard Backalley Shortcut and resolve the remainder of the test as normal.
