239. Storm Regulator
This device, perhaps at one point reaching high into the clouds, seems to have toppled over a long time ago. The whirring and groaning of machinery sputters gratingly from within. The air smells sharply of petrichor and ozone. A complex series of antennas and spires reach outward from the machine's surface, currents of electricity leaping between them. Whatever function this device once served, it is clearly no longer in operation.
