232. Nimbus Facility

A collection of buildings mark the far side of the floating island's surface. The primary structure, an enormous spherical shape, looks to have fallen onto its side long ago. Mist spews out from it in all directions. The sound of a great machine comes from within, exhaling gouts of mist with each labored breath.
