You watch quietly as the spirit goes about her work. With reverence, she takes mushrooms from the tray, one by one, and places them gently in the planter. It’s as though you can see what she sees—this chamber as it was over one thousand years ago—while at the same time seeing it as it is now: disused, encrusted with sediment, and overgrown.

She speaks, but in a language that you do not understand. You're able to pick up familiar sounds and letter combinations, but are unable to make sense of any of it. She looks at you with pleading eyes, then abruptly touches her index finger to the center of your forehead.

In your mind's eye you see a vast chamber bathed in warm light. Massive white trees fill the space. You get a strong feeling that she wants you to accompany her there.

Rangers Choose

A) Accompany the spirit. Discard all  from the Gardener Spirit and attach the mission HELPING HAND to her. Travel to the Arboretum of Memory and clear the Gardener Spirit with  while New Growth is in play.

B) Another time perhaps. Discard the Gardener Spirit. Place 1  on each flora in play.
